How long does setup take?
Your account is opened automatically once payment is complete, and you can start broadcasting right away.
Which plan suits me?
Plans differ by stream quality (kbps) and AutoDJ disk space. Talk-heavy stations can get by with 64 kbps; for music, 128 kbps and above is preferred. If your music archive is large, look at disk space. Tell us what you need and we will choose together.
Is there a limit on listeners?
No. Concurrent listeners and bandwidth are unlimited on every plan; plans differ by stream quality and disk space.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can change plans from your customer panel at any time.
Who builds the radio website and player?
You take the ready-made player code from the panel and add it to your site. If you like, we design your radio website for you.
Who is responsible for music licensing?
The broadcaster is responsible for the copyright and licensing obligations of the music they play. We recommend checking with the relevant professional associations about the permits you need.
How do I get support?
Write through the support ticket system in your customer panel. You can also reach us by phone in an emergency.
What is the refund policy?
If you are unhappy for any reason, you get a full unconditional refund within 15 days of purchase.
