The following data you share through the quote and contact form:
- Identity: full name
- Contact: email address, phone number
- Company: company name
- Request: the services you are interested in, estimated budget and the content of your message
- Transaction security: the page address the form was sent from and technical logs
3. Purposes of processing
- Evaluating your request and preparing a quote for you,
- Contacting you by phone, email or WhatsApp,
- Starting the contract process if the quote is accepted,
- Fulfilling our legal obligations and using the data as evidence in possible disputes.
4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, that it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation, and that it is necessary for our legitimate interests provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. The explicit consent you give through the checkbox in the form is also within this scope.
5. Transfers
Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing. It may be transferred, on request and only to the extent required to provide the service, to the suppliers from which we receive hosting, email and infrastructure services and to legally authorised public institutions and organisations. Because our site is served through Cloudflare infrastructure, technical connection data may be processed on servers abroad.
6. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on this site, email, phone and WhatsApp channels.
7. Retention period
Quote requests are kept for up to 2 years after the quote is concluded. Requests that become contracts are kept for the periods set out in the relevant legislation. At the end of the period the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Cookies
Our site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visit statistics are kept with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individuals.
9. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad,
- request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect and, when the conditions are met, its deletion or destruction,
- request that corrections and deletions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to an outcome against you that results from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- request compensation for damage you suffer because of unlawful processing.
