Which email clients and protocols are supported?
You can send and receive emails using any desktop-based email client such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, Eudora, Entourage 2004, and Windows Mail. How do I use the Webmail Interface?
To access the webmail interface, you can use the white-labeled URL: https://webmail.yoursite.com. When logging into the page, you will need to enter your email address and password.
From which mobile phones can I access my emails?
You can access your emails using any mobile phone or tablet. Our fluid webmail is built on HTML5 and JavaScript, and is compatible with all major operating systems, including iOS, Android, Windows Mobile, Symbian, and Blackberry.
How much space is provided per email account?
Each email account comes with 5 GB of dedicated space for emails.
Which ports are required for email hosting?
Generally, the port used for Outgoing Mail Server/SMTP service is 25. Alternatively, you can use port 587 for email sending.
Can I create email lists?
Yes, you can create mailing lists and add/remove users, choose a moderator, and even restrict users from being added or blocked from a list.
What is your SPAM policy?
We have a zero-tolerance policy for unsolicited emails, bulk emails, and spam. "Safe lists," purchase lists, and sales lists will be considered spam. Any user sending spam will have their account terminated without notice.
Can I use autoresponders?
Yes, you can. When the autoresponder is set up for your email address, it automatically sends emails to anyone who emails that address, responding with a pre-set message. You can find more information on setting up an autoresponder in our knowledge base.
